Swimming begins ...

This week we head to Riverside Pool for some expert swimming guidance from Fiona Braid (CLM Riverside) and Taryn Beattie, along with of course, our experienced Nige.

Next Session

The next session for the series will be held instore at Shoe Clinic, in Bridge St. Brett (a physiotherapist) will take you through a treadmill analysis to match your foot strike to shoe type, and can answer any questions you may have about running, injury prevention, clothing etc. Nigel will meet you there at 6.00pm.
