Due to Trafalgar Park cycle track being out of action (and no lights) we need to switch the final two sessions around while there is still daylight left. Therefore, tomorrow night's Activator session will be Road Cycling with Joel from Cycling Nelson. Meet in Trafalgar Street, outside Trafalgar Park at 6pm with your bike - Joel will then take you on the cycleway along Neale Park for all sorts of drills and training.
Next week, the outdoor training session will be held. Venue tbc (we will need something with lights) so I will advise early next week.
