Final Session of Series

Tonight is the final in the Nelson Mens Activator Series. I hope you have enjoyed the past eight weeks and all that was on offer. Tonight, we will meet at Neale Park (North Rd car park/entrance) for a session with Nige in outdoor training. Bring comfortable exercise gear, and a warm top for afterwards - I suggest you might like to head to the Sprig & Fern in Milton St afterwards for a celebratory tipple.
